Valley Junior High played Jayton at home on December 12th, taking home two wins! Kennedee Buchanan and Emily Barrett put up 10 points. Fransisca Alanis put up 5 points on the board. Jolee Hill, Rachel Hancock, Makenzie Lane, and Jacee Crump also put up two points winning 33 to 26. The boys also took home a win of 33 to 20.High point was Adrian with 15 points on the board, and Germain put up 6 points. Zack and Ricky put up four points each, and Ky and Trey put up two points crushing the Jaybirds!
Valley Junior High played at Guthrie on December 5th. The girls came out, and were ready to go. Kennedee Buchanan was high scorer with 11 points. Second leading scorer was Jacee Crump with 8 point, then Jolee Hill put up 6 points. Emily Barrett and Savannah Young both put up four points each on the board. Finishing up was Amy Scott, Francisca Alanis, and Sydnee Meyer with 2 points to make a final score of 42 to 15. The boys came up short with a final score of 20 to 41. High point goes to Adrian with 9 points. Ricky put up 6 points, and Zack along with JD put up two on the board. Germain finished up the score with one point.
Valley Junior High played Motley County at home on November 28th. The girls won 31 to 20, and then the boys won 39 to 27.
Valley Junior High played at Patton Springs on November 21st. The girls won 39 to 6, and the boys won 40 to 21.
Valley Junior High played in the Claude Tournament on November 19th. The girls had two wins for first place in the tournament. The girls won 39 to 15 in their first game, and then won 54 to 19 in their second game. The boys had one win one loss in the tournament. The boys won 21 to 17 in their first game, and then lost 13 to 37 in their second game.
Valley Junior High had their first game November 14 against the Lubbock Warriors. The girls had a big game winning 35 to 18, and the boys ended up winning 54 to 19.
