The Lady Patriot Track team had a good day at the district track meet held Thursday in Spur. The girls competed well and came away with the runner-up trophy at the end of the day.

Competing at the district meet were:

Colleen Hancock - Shot Put
Shawna Davis - Shot Put and Discus
Destiny Case     200 meters
Sunny Helms - 100 meters - 6th place
Makenzie Standlee - 100 meter hurdles - 6th place
                  300 meter hurdles - 4th place - Area Qualifier
Haley Wheeler - 400 meters - 5th place
                           Triple Jump - 7th place
                           Long Jump - 4th place - Area Qualifier
Monica Alanis - 300 hurdles - 5th place
                          High Jump - 4th place - Area Qualifier
                          3200 meters - 1st place- Area Qualifier
April Villarreal - 200 meters - 5th
                           Long Jump - 2nd - Area Qualifier
Abby Hill - Triple Jump - 2nd - Area Qualifier
Kristen Jenkins - 200 meters - Area Qualifier
